Welcome to Safe Drive Dubai. By accessing or using our website www.safedrivedubai.com and our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Safe Drive Dubai provides professional driving and transportation services including, but not limited to:

  • Safe driver services

  • Airport transfers

  • Corporate and personal transportation

  • Event and long-term driver services

All services are subject to availability.

2. Bookings and Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made via website, email, or WhatsApp.

  • A booking is considered confirmed only after receiving written confirmation from Safe Drive Dubai.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate booking details.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • Prices are based on service type, duration, distance, and location.

  • All prices are communicated before service confirmation.

  • Payments must be made as agreed (cash, online payment, or bank transfer).

  • Prices may change without prior notice, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the service time may be eligible for a partial refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours before service are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be provided once the service has started.

  • Refund decisions are at the sole discretion of Safe Drive Dubai.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Clients must behave respectfully and follow safety instructions.

  • Illegal, unsafe, or abusive behavior may result in immediate service termination without refund.

  • Clients are responsible for personal belongings.

6. Driver Conduct

  • All drivers are trained professionals.

  • Any complaints must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.

  • Safe Drive Dubai reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action.

7. Limitation of Liability

Safe Drive Dubai shall not be liable for:

  • Traffic delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

8. Changes to Terms

Safe Drive Dubai reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on the website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation

  • Cancellations must be requested via WhatsApp, email, or phone.

  • 48+ hours before service: Partial refund may apply.

  • Less than 48 hours: No refund.

2. No-Show Policy

If the client fails to appear at the scheduled time and location, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

3. Service Delays

Delays caused by traffic, weather, or force majeure events are not grounds for refunds.

4. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days, using the original payment method where possible.
